Winch clinic offered by AGCSC will allow glider pilots to remove their “Air tow only” restriction from their license, and launch from the new Club Winch by Roman’s Design.
Associated Glider Clubs of Southern California (AGCSC) will be having 2 winch clinics in 2015.
Friday 4 to 6 hours of ground school, Saturday & Sunday Winch launching
Where: Be held at Jacumba Hot Springs International Glider Airport, California (60 miles East of San Diego, California).
Class Size: Limited
Cost $500, includes Ground school, and up to 8 winch launches, Instructor (CFI-G), and the glider.
