Welcome to the home page of The Associated Glider Clubs of Southern California (AGCSC). Our charter is to provide a safe, economical, and fun environment for soaring pilots and enthusiasts in the San Diego area. (Soaring is the sport of piloting sailplanes or gliders, fixed wing aircraft that have no power source of their own). We are a non-profit organization, and a chapter member of the Soaring Society of America. Our members share flight privileges and the responsibilities associated with club operations.
